In Roreto di Cherasco hamlet the ancient tradition of cooking frogs has been rediscovered. Every two years, a Festival is devoted to the tasty amphibian. Along with the frog, “froggy” was born, a delicious cookie made by the expert hands of the bakers from Roreto; it is made in three different versions: simple (just meliga/maize flour), cocoa and pistachio. The frog is also the protagonist of the graffiti artworks that cross the village and tell the story of "Nara the frog".
