In recent decades there has been a recovery of sheep and goat farms in the Langhe area, with a consequent increase in the production of the famous robiole cheese, a phenomenon that also involves the area of Cherasco.
The robiola of Cherasco DE.CO. was born from the passion for the land of Renato Maunero who in 2005 gave life to the farm 'L Cravè. Renato Manuero raises his goats in the area across the river known as Oltre Tanaro. Here they graze all year.
